I remember my dear mate John, many years ago, with great insight asking me that all-important question as I started to talk about a personal issue. As he realised the conversation shift into the kind of subject matter that I was bringing up, he quickly said, ‘Do you want me to help you solve this problem, or do you just want me to listen and say nothing?’ Genius!
